These are thermostats which can be programmed to adjust the temperature in a condo so that electrical energy is not wasted unnecessarily. For instance, during summers, these thermostats can be programmed to allow the temperature to rise during the time of day when nobody is at home. Similarly, during the winter seasons, they can be programmed so that the temperature in the house drops during the time of day when the house is unoccupied or when the occupants are asleep. As you can imagine, a huge amount of energy saving can be achieved by installing this gadget. And here again, it doesn’t matter whether you are staying in a detached home or in Eco Friendly Condos.
