The next item that we could tell you about is furniture. Why is it eco friendly when so much wood goes into it and is it a home built product? To tackle the second question first, furniture making is becoming an extremely popular hobby with many people these days. Not only is it a creative outlet for a man with aesthetic tastes, but it can save you enormous amounts of money. And you can strike a blow for the environmentalists by not using wood at all. As we are sure you know, cutting down of trees releases gases which add to the greenhouse effect. Without going too deeply into the intricacies of this phenomenon, let us just say that it is one of the factors that lead to global warming.
