SCOTT PARISI CHA, PRESIDENT

Scott has led EcoGreenHotel for the past five years with his main responsibility being owner/client relationships and project execution. Scott is a hands on leader who specializes in developing energy and water efficiency projects to reduce the environmental impact of the hospitality sector. Scott’s day to day responsibilities include developing and implementation of energy and sustainability strategies into hotels, leveraging federal state and local utility incentives to subsidize energy performance projects. Scott is s a veteran hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience including serving as General Manager of the United States first L.E.E.D. certified and “Environmentally Friendly” Hotel-the Sheraton Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia.


 

CHRIS LEWIS, DIRECTOR OF ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Chris Lewis works with our partner owners and operators on a daily basis performing on-site mechanical evaluations, overseeing on-site project installation, executing energy audits, energy modeling to support SBA Loans and Energy Rebate Administration. Chris oversees benchmarking for several properties to insure proper reduction after project installation. Chris’s team is responsible for measuring and tracking of trends for our partner hotels adding a proactive approach to potential waste of water, electric and fossil fuels.

Prior to joining EcoGreenHotel Chris spent 17 years in the hospitality industry both in the U.S. and abroad managing and directing departments including hotel operations, food and beverage, renovation and construction. Chris previously served as Development and Construction Manager at OTO Development opening dozens of branded new development hotels.


 

GEOFF GROCHMAL, DIRECTOR OF SUSTAINABILTY

Since early 2011 has worked in the Energy Solutions Division, specializing in Energy Star benchmarking and Energy Modeling. Geoff graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in Economics. Prior to his work at EcoGreenHotel, Geoff had conducted an extensive array of quantitative research – choosing to focus on Californian “green” legislation AB 939 Integrated Waste Management Act for his senior thesis research project. His findings showcased a fundamental link between an area’s wealth and its ability to meet the state’s “green goals.”

BRAD REED, LIGHTING AND SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST – Supporting the Energy Solutions Division, specializing in energy management systems and utility tracking. Brad has knowledge of utility billing and energy purchasing focused on peak demand trends, energy load shedding and renewable energy credits.

GILES KING , LIGHTING AND SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST – Supporting the Energy Solutions Division, Prior to joining EGH Giles studied Applied Physics and Appropriate Technology while at ASU (Appalachian State University). While in school, Giles experienced with renewable systems including photovoltaic and solar thermal installations and sustainable building design and resource management. With EGH Giles specializes in administration and submissions of incentive programs, building modeling, grant and tax incentive processing.

MARTY LAWSON, FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR – Broad-based experience in areas of administration, financial and technical support, sales and customer relations. Marty supports administrating project management, financial administration including vendor contracts and payments, rebate processing and project cash flow reporting.

SUSAN PATEL, PMP, CHO, CO-FOUNDER – Susan previously served as Vice President at EcoGreenHotel assisting in development, design, operation and improvement of systems. Susan’s work focused on ensuring efficient and effective business operations and management of resources, distribution of goods and services to customers. She has led projects and teams in the financial services, hospitality, real estate, and non-profit industries. With a prior background in the financial and investment industry and certified by the global Project Management Institute as a project management professional (PMP), Susan helps non-profits and entrepreneurs strategize growth plans, manage projects and improve existing business processes to increase profits and performance.
