Phase One – ECM Recommendations
EGH prepares a catalog of suggested energy conservation measures consisting of tested technologies
- Existing energy design specification analysis based on plans or prototypes
- Catalog of Energy Conservation Measures (“ECM’s”) that EGH recommends for the planned facilities
- Technical Data Sheets of recommended technologies and vendor information for each ECM
Phase Two – Energy Efficiency and Investment Analysis
The Energy Efficiency and Investment Analysis will include a comprehensive study of each ECM compared to baseline technology detailing investment delta
- “Market Cost Analysis” utilizing our vendor-neutral approach
- Estimated energy savings in physical units, energy cost savings in dollars, investment delta
- Methodology and formulas used to calculate energy savings for recommended ECMs.
- Project cash flow
Phase Three – Implementation Support
- Coordinate final purchase procurement and logistics
- Owner supplied item support
- Procurement support to general or sub contractor
- Minimize any delays or additional costs due to recommended ECM’s.
